Shipping

All orders are shipped FREE of charge within Australia via our trusted carrier Australia Post, and include a tracking number for your peace of mind.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 11:00 p.m. (AEST) will be shipped the same day.
If there is ever a delay in dispatching your order, you will be notified by email.


Delivery

Delivery within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the accuracy of the billing and delivery information provided.
If there is an issue with your address, we will contact you promptly.


Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

You can monitor your delivery status at any time using the tracking link provided in your email.

International Shipping

At this time, Alice & Asher Jewellery ships exclusively within Australia.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
